"Abandoned" A few of us went for a walk up in Point Pleasant today because it was FINALLY a sunny day and we decided to get out and enjoy it.
This is an old fort at the park that I had never seen before. It was to protect the city if you can believe it ha ha..... I think it must have been mainly used as a watchtower but there were cannons and all in it. It is high on a hill and far from the water so I don't know how well it did at taking down enemy ships.
