A Little More

“False Impressions”

Last fall Halloween happened to be on a weekend and boy did the campus have fun with it. Many students dressed up and took part in this show of events. Really to me, it is a talent show. A show of what you can do with a little bit of this, some of that. Hannah and a whole group of people decided that it would be fun to dress up in Harry Potter costumes, and I must say that they did quite well. In her very dramatic way Hannah really got into the role and took on this character well. It was hilarious to watch everyone get into the roles of their characters (some it was easier then others). This is just a little snap of the events that weekend, as Hannah took her role and ran with it!

Once in a while (like this once a year) it is nice to dress up and be something you are not. Then it is time to become oneself again. We cannot remain something we are not. We need to be ourselves. I hope that you can be yourself… take off the mask, the wig, the fake tattoo if that is what you have…. and be yourself. People will love you for it. Take it from me… it is a lot easer to be yourself, being something you are not gets confusing and frustrating. Don’t leave people with false impressions…
